I loved my time at UAH! However, It was in this time that I found my calling was to pursue a career in Agriculture. I knew that UAH was not the best place to do it, so I made the decision to transfer to Auburn University. After transferring, I quickly found a love for the meat business and declared my major as Animal Sciences - Muscle Foods! I have always wanted to further my education, so I started asking around the Agriculture Department about open graduate positions that could become a reality for me. Months later, I was blessed to be offered a position in the Food Science department at Auburn University as a graduate assistant. War Eagle!
